Super Eagles legend Jay Jay Okocha has expressed his disappointment on yesterday’s results and performance after Croatia defeated the super eagles by 2 – 0 in the world cup opening game for both sides.

The Mercurial ex player stressed that his disappointment is not just on the performance but also on the team selection as lot of players were played out of position hence could not give their best.

Speaking after the disappointing result for the Super Eagles, Okocha blamed Rohr for putting players in position they were not suited for which eventually led to the defeat.

He stated that Rohr should have deployed his nephew Alex Iwobi down the middle while playing Captain Mikel Obi further back and Etebo should have also been pushed forward.

Nigeria would face Iceland on Friday and the former eagles captain hopes to see positive changes from the coach cause a victory is very important after losing against the Croats yesterday.
